The site will assist the employer with the coordination and implementation of the employer benefit fair at renewal or off anniversary if the employer wishes to provide additional benefits. The employer can choose many different categories of benefits and consumer choices of benefits. has local representatives in every state to be present and available at the annual event. The site requires a simple registration to access all of the available options.

Voluntary Benefits can add a wide range of personalized options to an employer's benefit program at little or no cost to the company. At the same time, they offer employees cost savings and convenience over finding and purchasing these benefits on their own in the individual market.

Many of the different carriers we work with offer Voluntary Benefits.

Assurant Employee Benefits offers Voluntary Accident Insurance which is designed to provide fixed benefits for events ranging from accidental injuries to accidental deaths. Critical Illness Insurance which is designed to pay a fixed benefit at the first diagnosis of a critical illness, including heart attack,stroke,paralysis and more. Critical Illness can help cover out-of-pocket medical and non-medical expenses. It does not have to be used to pay for treatment. They also offer Voluntary Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability Plans for Educators.

MetLife offers Accident Insurance, Auto and Home Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Legal Plans. These options are now available through your broker for clients with 200-999 employees. If you have chosen to offer any of these Voluntary Benefits, along with either Dental, Disability or Life & AD&D, this will give you the advantage of having consolidated benefits experience with a single carrier, no minimum participation requirement and a coordinated multi-product enrollment/application process.

Delta Dental Type 1 services, such as cleanings and periodic oral examinations are covered 100%, which means you have no out-of-pocket costs when you visit a participating dentist. Other services require a co-payment. When visiting a Massachusetts dentist, Delta Dental provides up to 80% of your co-payment. If you receive dental care from a dentist located outside of Massachusetts you will be responsible for the difference between Delta Dental's payment and the dentist's submitted charge for Type 1 services (which are your diagnostic and preventative services).

Lincoln Financial Group's Long-Term Disability insurance helps your employees move beyond disability. This insurance offers lenient zero-day residual for the elimination period, generous partial disability calculation, progressive income benefit, recovery benefit for commissioned employees and a Value-Added Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no additional cost. The Employee Assistance Program provides professional, confidential counseling for employees and their loved ones, helping them improve their situations, both at work and at home.

The E4 HealthMap, comprised of LifeLync, LifeChoice and LifeScope, is a comprehensive care coordination platform that shows a complete view of member wellbeing and health. This platform was built specifically to provide coordinated, comprehensive support in employee assistance, wellness, population health, and other health and productivity associated programs, eliminating duplicated vendor costs. The platform applies E4's evidence-based clinical risk rules to each individual's data set on a scheduled basis, continuously updating their care needs. A care coach takes this information and coordinated interventions matched to the individual's unique care needs. The results of the interventions are then tracked and reported as a series of individual and plan sponsor reports based on privacy laws.
